  • Front Desk Customer Service Representative (Short-Term) - Madison Heights, MI

  • Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm ( hour lunch)
  • Position Overview :
  • We are seeking a friendly and reliable
  • Customer Service Representative (CSR)
  • to support a busy pediatric-focused clinic. This is a
  • short-term role.
  • Responsibilities (Short-Term) :
  • Greet and assist patients at the front desk
  • Check-in / check-out patients
  • Schedule appointments
  • Send and receive faxes
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with insurance / product inquiries
  • Coordinate clinical staff schedules
  • Discharge patients and manage medical records
  • Prep documents for imaging
  • Assist with basic shipping tasks (e.g., sending casts)
  • Requirements :
  • Must-Haves :
  • Face-to-face customer service experience
  • Comfortable working with pediatric patients with visible disabilities
  • Thick skin and ability to handle sensitive conversations
  • Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Team player with multitasking ability (phone + computer)
  • Comfortable with hours of operation
  • Pay and Benefits

    • The pay range for this position is $29.70 - $32.75 / hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
