Marketing Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate and Executive Support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and client engagement

Manage the President's calendar and provide administrative support, including meeting logistics and expense reporting

Support sales operations in HubSpot CRM, including pipeline management and campaign tracking

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or executive assistance, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry

Entry-level experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems

Working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms

Familiarity with SEO / analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
