Position Overview :

Ofinno is looking for a paralegal with patent prosecution experience   to work with attorneys to manage dockets, prepare and file US and foreign patent documents, prepare correspondence related to filings, docket and track deadlines, interact with inventors, and correspond with foreign associates.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Patent Paralegal, you will be responsible for :

• Working closely with patent attorneys and paralegals to prepare and file patent documents with the USPTO and WIPO
• Tracking cases using public patent retrieval systems (Patent Center, ePCT, Espacenet) and patent docketing systems
• Preparing Information Disclosure Statements
• Researching patent prosecution issues
• Generating patent and portfolio documents, presentations, and reports
• Assisting with complex sales to large domestic and international organizations
• Other tasks as needed
