Key Responsibilities
Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools
Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
Communicate and coordinate regularly with leaders and peers about remote work impacts on results
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience completing individual tax returns
High school diploma or equivalent; must complete continuing education requirements
Access to high-speed, reliable internet
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during peak tax season
Successful completion of the Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
