We’re currently seeking a Regional Director of Business Development to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, leadership-level role focused on driving occupancy growth, strengthening referral relationships, and supporting our mission to help communities thrive.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute strategic business development plans across multiple facilities

Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, and community organizations

Collaborate with and mentor facility-level marketing and admissions teams

Identify new market opportunities and implement innovative growth initiatives

Represent Summit Healthcare’s values and brand with professionalism and purpose

Travel regularly across Central and Southern Illinois as needed

What You Bring

Experience as a Director or Regional Leader in Business Development within the skilled nursing or senior care space (Have other qualifying experience? We want to hear from you!)

Proven success in growing census and building healthcare referral networks

Strong understanding of Central and Southern Illinois healthcare markets

Outstanding communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Willingness and ability to travel regionally
