Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and communicate promotions, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Assist guests with Target Loyalty program benefits and sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Move efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet, and assist with enrollment and use of Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns following store policies and consult with leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive Up, and related duties with adherence to applicable laws and policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.
