For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for Medical Assistants :

0-1 years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)

1+ years of experience eligible for $5,000 (full time)

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time MA position.

Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

As a Medical Assistant - Care Coordinator , you'll be the bridge between patients, providers, and the care they need. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping patients supported, informed, and on track with their health journey. From outreach and follow-up to helping guide smooth care transitions, you'll make a real impact by improving the patient experience, supporting quality care, and strengthening our primary care team.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : Medical Assistant training preferred.
• License / Certifications : Certified Medical Assistant preferred. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience : Experience working in a medical office required.
