A company is looking for a Director of Partnerships to build and scale its creator and affiliate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Build and launch a multi-tiered creator program and secure 50+ high impact creators across major platforms

Expand the affiliate and social commerce program to drive 20% of total partnership revenue through affiliate channels

Implement scalable workflows to manage 200-300 active creators while ensuring compliance and brand safety

Required Qualifications

Strategic and analytical mindset with experience in performance marketing KPIs

Proven ability to scale programs and manage compliance and contracts

Skilled in negotiation and managing deals with creators and agencies

Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and affiliate networks

Established network of creator and agency relationships
