STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, 5TH CIRCUIT- OPS SCANNING / INTAKE- 21505011

Marion County OPS Scanning / Intake

Job type : This is an entry-level, full-time, hourly OPS position that has health insurance benefits, but not paid leave or retirement.

Pay : $15.93 per hour

Schedule :
  • 40 hours
  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Benefits :

      The Scanning / Intake role is responsible for administrative and clerical tasks including, but not limited to, opening electronic files by importing and scanning documents into the agency's case management system.

      Job Requirements :

    • Must have basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Word programs
    • Must have the ability to focus and pay attention to detail
    • Must have the ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines
    • Must have knowledge of correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar usage
    • Must have the ability to work well within a team atmosphere as well as independently
    • Must have the ability to communicate effectively in writing and on the telephone
    • Requires dependable and routine in-office attendance during regularly scheduled business hours
    • Must follow rules, regulations, policies and procedures, including compliance with all Public Records statutes
