Job Description

$21.73 - $23.23 PER HOUR

GENERAL PURPOSE :

The purpose of this position is to maintain essential databases including Just Foods, Lone Peak, BRData, Interscale and the floral websites with nutritionals, pricing, images and all item information. This person will help ensure the success of Distribution operations by working closely with the Distribution team, Harmons stores, Pricing and Sales Directors to provide the best possible experience to which Distribution customers have become accustomed to.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Follows established company policies and procedures
• Reviews and communicates any opportunities with new items, recipes, nutritionals, images, pricing, upcharges or other product details to ensure data integrity
• Maintains Just Foods, Lone Peak, BRData and Interscale database to include Purchase Orders, billing, credits, nutritionals, pricing and new item information
• Collaborates with the digital marketing manager to develop and maintain an effective presence on the Floral Website and eShop sites, including campaigns, outreach and advertising
• Assists with Distribution development projects and facilitates communication with technical partners to ensure timeliness and quality of work and management of floral website and systems
• Checks site content and systems regularly to ensure that they are working properly
• Reviews data input for ad information
• Backs up floral website (currently FTD) maintenance
• Works closely with the Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Store(s), Technology, Sales Directors, Dietitians, Director of Food Safety, and Marketing teams
• Facilitates Quarterly Inventory of all items
• Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
• Assists as needed to ensure the success of the store / company as a whole

Work is generally performed in a safe and comfortable store environment with the possibility of frequent exposure to hot or cold conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach; perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand and foot coordination; hear and respond to customer inquiries. Also requires standing, walking and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds from location to location.
