Job Summary / Company : Sparks Group is seeking seeking a Senior Sales Executive with deep cybersecurity expertise to drive significant growth. This role is for a proven leader who can consistently exceed $5M–$10M in annual sales by expertly navigating complex B2B cycles. You'll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. Responsibilities :

• Generate and close new business in target markets.

Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing.

Surpass annual revenue targets of $5M–$10M.

Build and nurture executive-level relationships, especially with CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, practice leaders, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.

Provide strategic feedback to delivery teams on emerging trends and service opportunities.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.

Represent the organization at key industry events.
