Description : Purpose
To provide sales staff support in an efficient and accurate manner. This entails a high level of verbal and written communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
Principal Responsibilities
Nature and Scope
This position involves a high element of communication and clerical tasks. Customer service reps are responsible for supporting assigned sales staff and maintaining accurate records.
A majority of time will be spent in a busy office environment, sitting and using office equipment such as a computer and phone. This position is not eligible for remote work accommodations.
