Harborlight Montessori is seeking a compassionate and attentive Assistant Teacher to join our Infant program. In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners. You’ll help support each child’s daily routines, developmental milestones, and emerging sense of independence.
Experience working with infants is essential, and EEC certification is strongly preferred. Montessori training is not required — we will support your growth — but a genuine love for working with babies and a commitment to responsive, respectful care are a must.
