Immigration Paralegal
Growing Immigration law firm seeking an experienced paralegal with at least five years’ experience in immigration law (supervisory experience a plus).

Responsibilities and Duties
- Law and immigration research for the development of legal arguments
- Draft, review, prepare, and submit legal documents (motions, depositions, etc.)
- File documents with courts
- Case file management
- Client consultation and interviews
- Summarize cases and prepare reports for attorneys
- Oversee paralegals and legal assistants in office
- Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing cases
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in employment-based immigrationPERM, E-2 / 1, L1, EB-2 / 3, EB-1(c), AOS and familiarity with other family-based types of casesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with little oversightBilingual in English and SpanishExperience in a supervisory role managing other paralegals and legal assistantsKnowledge of legal softwareExcellent English written skillsJob Type : Full-time in office
Schedule 8am - 5pmExcellent work life balanceMust be able to work in office on location in San Antonio, TexasCompensation :
$23-$25 / hr (depending on experience)Plus incentives to reach $27+ per yearBenefits :
