Location : Coral Springs, FL
Shifts :
1st Shift : Typically 7 : 00 a.m. – 3 : 30 p.m., but you must be available between 6 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 p.m. depending on operational needs.
2nd Shift : Typically 3 : 00 p.m. – 11 : 30 p.m., with required availability between 12 : 00 p.m. and 3 : 00 a.m. to support production demands.

Pay Range - $18 / h - $22 / h - Depending on experience and shift
Job Summary :
Join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing team where you'll play a key role in producing, labeling, and packaging high-quality medical products in a cGMP environment. This role offers long-term potential and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, compliant setting.
Job Responsibilities :
Operate and monitor manufacturing and packaging equipment.
Verify raw materials, assemble components, and complete batch records accurately.
Maintain product quality through in-process checks and proper documentation.
Clean and prepare production areas following GMP standards.
Support QA and Lab operations when needed.
Job Requirements :
6+ months of experience in manufacturing (pharma or similar preferred).
Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and good documentation practices.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments.
Team player with strong attention to detail and safety.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for at least 8 hours.
Ability to frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
Exposure to varying temperatures (2°C to 25°C) and moving mechanical parts.
Potential exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic, and / or caustic chemicals (PPE Provided).
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respirators, jumpsuits, eye, and hearing protection.
May require additional hours, including weekends, depending on operational needs.
