LaSalle Network is hiring a Manager Of Financial Implementations for an innovative FinTech company located in Elmhurst, Illinois. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, where you'll shape implementation strategy, lead a growing team, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for clients. This is not a technology-heavy position, our client is looking for an Accounting or Finance professional who can bring expertise, structure, and leadership to software implementations. Candidates must be local to the Chicago area and able to work onsite in Elmhurst two days per week.

Manager Of Financial Implementations Responsibilities :

• Lead and coach a team, supporting both daily operations and long-term career growth
• Develop and execute a multi-year implementation strategy, including staffing and process improvements
• Create scalable processes that enhance customer onboarding, training, and satisfaction
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and influence product enhancements
• Provide regular updates to the CEO and senior leadership on progress, challenges, and resource needs

Manager Of Financial Implementations Requirements :
