Call Center Representative (On-site)
Diamond Braces is seeking a Call Center Representative responsible for managing patient appointment scheduling, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.

Job Type : Full-time and part-time available. Must be available for rotating weekends.
Compensation : Pay range starting at $20.00 an hour; final offer will be determined by experience and qualifications.
Job Location : In office at the Diamond Braces Headquarters (Englewood, NJ).
Work Schedule : Monday through Friday : 8 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM, and Saturdays from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM (one Saturday per month is required).
