Overview

PFNA Commercial Release Manager + Application Security + Application Controls Manager + Application Support

Responsibilities

  • Understanding customer requirements and coordination with IT teams
  • Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
  • Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
  • Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project
  • Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
  • Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the manual and duplication of effort
  • Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
  • Risk & Problem management
  • Incidence management and root cause analysis
  • Self-starter and quick learner with excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience with monitoring and logging tools and curious learner that fits within DevOps environment
  • Managing the service's stability and uptime, proactive monitoring of infrastructure that hosts the code, certificate renewals, collaborate closely between customer and other IT teams, to enable sustainable model
  • Automation of key processes for self-monitored tools ensure feedback loop for development partners with DevOps model for efficient scalable solutions. Support expansion of user-base and consistently deliver best in class solutions with continuous releases, track, measure and retrofit to ensure seamless national rollout and improved solutions
  • Coordination and communication within the team and with customers
  • Performing production checkout process
  • Mentoring and guiding the team members
  • Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs
  • Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer

Compensation and Benefits :

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of development experience
  • 3+ years of People Management
  • 8-10 years of overall IT industry experience. Mobile Native iOS is nice to have.
  • Experience with front end technologies, Platform awareness-EIP (Enterprise Integration platform), AKS, OCH- Omni Channel Commerce, Saas and backend services.
  • Proactive Monitoring, Automation scripting, Glean insights from data (trends / metrics)
