Executive Director

Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority is hiring! ENMWUA is seeking an Executive Director to lead a $1B water infrastructure project currently under construction. The system will deliver treated water from Ute Reservoir to the ENMWUA member communities of Clovis & Cannon AFB, Portales, Texico, and Elida. Key Responsibilities : - Provide strategic leadership and guidance. - Engage with public stakeholders and government agencies. - Oversee planning, design, and construction of the ENMRWS Project. - Manage financial operations, budgets, and regulatory compliance. - Supervise staff and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Preferred Qualifications : - Degree in Business, Public Administration, Political Science, or Civil Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of management experience. - Strong skills in grants and project management.
