About The Position

Job Title : Intraoperative Neuromonitoring Tech

Profession : Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 10

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience preferred

License : Must have Indiana or compact license

Certifications : ABRET, CNIM, R.EPT.

Must-Have :

• Previous charge experience
• Experience with adult inpatient
• Proficiency in electrode placement
• Knowledge of auditory evoked potential, motor evoked potential, somatosensory evoked potentials, and transcranial motor evoked potential
• Ability to work in the operating room

Description :

The position requires monitoring and evaluating the neurological status of patients during surgical procedures.

Candidates are responsible for placing electrodes and interpreting data.

On-call responsibilities include one night a week and rotating weekend coverage.

Flexibility to float to other designated locations is required.

The role involves working with both adult and pediatric patients.

Candidates must adhere to hospital procedures and protocols.

Working two out of three major holidays is mandatory.

Professionalism and effective communication skills are essential for this position.

Travelers are accepted, and first-time travelers are welcome.

Medical and religious exemptions for the flu vaccine will be considered.

Compliance with background policies is necessary prior to employment.
