Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor, MRO Fabrication to lead day-to-day machining, welding, and fabrication operations within our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business supporting global aviation customers. This role oversees all aspects of production flow, including management of the wash rack and seal station areas , to ensure operational efficiency, quality performance, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, foster team development, and uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
