$1,466 per week

About The Position

Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy

Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Monday - Friday, Days

Guaranteed Hours : 32 per week

Experience : New graduates are welcome; SNF experience preferred

License : State license required

Certifications :

  • COVID test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours before start date

Must-Have :

  • Completed and attached prescreen
  • Resume and license verification
  • Three references
  • County criminal check (7 years for all counties lived and worked)
  • Federal criminal check (7 years or more)
  • Multi-state criminal search (7 years or more)
  • Nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more)
  • HHS / OIG search
  • GSA search
  • Social security number trace
  • 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray
  • SAM search

    • Job Description :

  • Assist physical therapists in providing therapy services to patients.
  • Document patient progress and report to supervising therapist.
  • Prepare treatment areas and assist patients in mobility exercises.
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
