About The Position

Job Description & Requirements

Registered Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Intensive Care - (RRT - NICU)

StartDate : 11 / 3 / 2025

Available Shifts : 12 N

Pay Rate : $1149.97 - $1260.07

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for respiratory therapy duties including oxygen administration, application of ventilators, initiation, assessment of and recommendations for respiratory care services including diagnostic studies under physician supervision. Actively and consistently demonstrates the mission, vision, values and guiding principles of Maple Grove Hospital.

Submission Requirements :

2+ Years of Experience - Required

BLS (Must be AHA or ARC) - Required

ACLS (Must be AHA or ARC) - Required

NRP

PALS

Current NICU Level III Experience - Required

All patient populations - Required

Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy - Required (Bachelor's degree - preferred)

Current Licensed Respiratory Therapist issued by the MN Board of Medical Practice - Required

Dress Code : Maroon Scrubs

EMR : Epic

North Memorial's local traveler policy is to reduce the travel rate by 10%. Anyone with a permanent address within a 35 mile radius of facility is considered a local traveler.

Clinicians MUST list prior work history with North Memorial Health, Maple Grove Hospital, and / or Blaze Health LLC on their resume

MN DHS Net Study & Fingerprinting is required for ALL patient-facing positions

NMH has a strict compliance deadline of 4 pm on the Wednesday before start - there will be no exceptions.
