Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Milwaukee, WI, for a District Sales and Operations Manager. The District Sales and Operations Manager will manage daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain optimal store performance. Tasks include overseeing staff, handling customer inquiries and concerns, executing sales strategies, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The manager will also be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in retail management is a plus
