About the Role :

Be a key leader in our Department of Hospital Medicine! As Associate Medical Director, you'll champion high-quality, patient-centered care and teamwork. You'll collaborate closely with the Medical Director on daily operations and spearhead our efforts in stroke care.

Key Responsibilities (Shared with Medical Director) :

• Daily workflow and ensuring optimal hospitalist coverage.
• Addressing patient flow and clinical concerns.
• Administrator-on-call responsibilities.
• Participation in recruitment and hospital committees.
