This full-time role requires a minimum of one year of hospitalist experience and an active California medical license, with a focus on high-quality patient management and emergency coverage. Shift : 24-hour full-time (7.5 24-hour shifts / month)

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Years of Experience : At least 1 year of current inpatient Hospitalist work experience is required.
Certification : Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in OB / GYN is required.
License : Active California license (or in process) is required.
Malpractice / License History : Clean history is highly preferred.
Visa Status : Not accepting candidates requiring visa support (J1 or H1B).
Additional : Must provide the last 12 months' worth of case logs from a hospital setting during the interview.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range : $296,400 - $416,100 per annum
