Excellent full-time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join a well-established and reputable private practice. The Anesthesia Group of Albany is the largest anesthesia group in the Albany-Troy-Saratoga region and has a history of providing compassionate care over the past four decades. With a high-volume inpatient heart center and a state-of-the-art facility, this is an ideal environment for dedicated anesthesiology professionals. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac surgical procedures, including CABG, valve replacements, and other complex cardiac surgeries.
• Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care of cardiac patients.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of anesthesia protocols and practices.
• Assist in covering cases across St. Peter's Hospital and Samaritan Hospital campuses.
• Schedule consists of variable 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
• Participate in a call rotation of 1 : 5 with first call every eighth night, no second call required.
• Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
