Key Responsibilities
Support strategy for complex business transformational priorities
Provide oversight for execution of complex business cases to assess feasibility and risks
Lead activation of strategic guidance on initiatives to maximize implementation effectiveness
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
7+ years of healthcare or insurance industry experience leading large-scale initiatives required
Operations experience preferred
CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI preferred
