Key Responsibilities

Develop insight-driven strategies for account growth and new business opportunities

Drive strategic direction for accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and campaign performance

Lead campaign recap processes and create actionable insights for future optimizations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

7+ years of agency experience in media buying / planning or strategy roles

Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like SQL, Python, R, and Tableau

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

Experience with media planning tools and social listening tools
