Work consists commercial and residential light construction, maintenance, and landscaping jobs. Looking for someone who enjoys variety, indoor and outdoor work. Needs to be able to do finish work for constructions jobs. Must be someone who can interact with customers in a pleasant and professional manner.

There may be prevailing wage opportunities.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience is desirable
• Previous management or leadership experience is desirable
• Skilled in verbal and written communications
• Must be able to read plans, follow verbal instructions and obey applicable safety regulations
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must consent to a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to learn Mountain Ridge General Contracting policies and procedures
• Candidate must have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Candidate must be punctual and dependable
