This CDL-A position focuses on round-trip grocery deliveries using reefer trailers with 100% no-touch freight . Drivers can expect consistent, year-round work with night shifts , weekend schedules , and home time either daily or weekly , depending on the route. The company provides 24 / 7 dispatch support , a family-oriented atmosphere , and an on-site shop for driver convenience.

Compensation :

Earn $0.49–$0.61 CPM based on experience, plus an extra $0.03 CPM for weekend miles (Friday 5 PM–Monday 4 AM). Drivers receive stop pay ($10 first stop, $15 each additional) and average about $1,200 per week running ~2,000 miles . Performance bonuses are also available.

Requirements :

CDL-A license with at least 9 months of experience

No endorsements required

Must be comfortable working nights, weekends, and within 24 / 7 operations

Limited on-site parking available

Pay :
