Connected Health Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Glendale, California. This opportunity offers guaranteed hours, competitive compensation, and the chance to work in a dynamic and vibrant Southern California location.

Job Responsibilities :

Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver effective, goal-oriented therapy sessions to patients across a variety of conditions

Communicate progress with interdisciplinary team and adjust care plans as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care

Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises

Qualifications :

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

BLS certification required

Prior experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
