We partner with host country governments to expand access to high-quality health services for their populations and support data-driven policy decisions. We collaborate with local civil society organizations to prioritize health, reproductive rights, and inclusive systems and services.
EngenderHealth is recruiting qualified candidates for the anticipated USAID-funded Accelerating ChoiCe, Equity, and Sustainability for Services (ACCESS) project, expected to begin in mid-2024. This program will focus on advancing equitable, affordable, and sustainable access to family planning and reproductive health (FP / RH) information, products, and services. Gender, youth, and health worker priorities focusing on achieving FP / RH-related outcomes through local capacity strengthening are all central to this award.
JOB SUMMARY
The Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) will be responsible for the overall technical and operational leadership to implement all technical elements of ACCESS. They will serve as acting COP when necessary. The DCOP will lead the technical direction of the project as it seeks to advance equitable, affordable, and sustainable access to FP / RH information, products, and services.
