Elements Massage Sugar Land is a wellness studio looking for an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to lead retail sales and customer service of potential clients and current members. Our business is built on Elements Wellness Program sales and we reward our team when we meet our objectives.

We're currently looking for a Membership Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate who's passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoys working in a client-focused setting.

We're looking for someone who :

confidently follow a structured sales process to promote our membership program

loves engaging in meaningful conversationsand knows the power of listening

turns feedback or challenges into opportunities to deliver unforgettable service

has previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting

is comfortable with basic computer systems for scheduling and payment processing

is enthusiastic about creating a positive work culture for both clients and teammates

What You'll Do

As the first and last point of contact, you play a vital role in creating an outstanding studio experience. Your responsibilities include :

greeting clients warmly

educating clients on the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program

following a proven sales process

answering phone calls and assisting with scheduling and general inquiries

collaborating with managers and massage therapists to create a seamless and caring environment for every client

Hourly pay : $12.50$14 based on experience
