We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Tower Foreman to lead and supervise crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communication towers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tower climbing, rigging, and overseeing field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tower crews on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications
• Coordinate daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor crew performance
• Climb towers to perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of antennas, lines, and other telecom equipment
• Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, and company safety standards
• Read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS, and scopes of work
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and inventory tracking
• Train and mentor junior technicians and climbers

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00 / hr.
