Were Estes Oil & Propane, and were looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to train as HVAC Apprentices . No experience needed. Just a strong work ethic and a desire to build something solid.

What Youll Do :

  • Assist experienced techs on heating and cooling system installations and repairs
  • Learn the ropes with paid, on-the-job training
  • Use your hands, solve real-world problems, and work as part of a respected team
  • Show up ready to work, and leave each day knowing you accomplished something
