HVAC Lead Installer

As a HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for leading a team of installers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. This role guarantees the timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality completion of all installations. The HVAC Lead Installer will also bear the responsibility of training and mentoring junior installers, as well as ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.

PAY TRANSPARENCY :

The starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $40-$60 hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
