Job Summary Statement

The Cleaning Operator sprays a liquid through and over the tube in a wash tank to remove all dirt and debris from inside and outside of the tube.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies, ISO9001 procedures and work instructions, and safety rules.
• Prepare all materials / components to be used in the process.
• Load and unload all of the parts into the wash tank, perform the cleaning process.
• Be responsible for performing quality checks on product being processed and stop production when the part is out of specification.
• Document all necessary information.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Practice safe working habits at all times and wear any necessary personal protective equipment.
• Be cross-trained for other processes / machines / positions to be enabled to float to different areas to fill in for vacations, absences, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
