The Position
The Interim Associate Administrator, Transplant, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations pertaining to Transplant Services. The Interim Associate Administrator will oversee approximately 6+ direct reports and approximately 100+ FTEs and will focus on ongoing initiatives including maintaining continuity of operations, recruitment, and compliance including regulatory / accreditation survey readiness. This leader will collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure that departmental initiatives properly align with organizational efforts and expectations. Ideal candidates will be collaborative, visible, experienced leaders with excellent communication and relationship building skills. Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 10+ years of transplant experience / leadership experience in a related setting is required.
Compensation Details
Compensation Range : $180,000 to $200,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
