Senior Attorney - Litigation & Advisory Practice

Overview

Victorium Legal Inc. is seeking a skilled and driven Senior Attorney with a minimum of three years of substantive experience to join our dynamic and expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse docket, with a primary focus on civil litigation and additional exposure to probate, estate planning, and tax controversy (litigation and audits)

From the outset, you will take on meaningful responsibility, including :

• Leading case strategy and execution, from pleadings through trial or resolution.
• Handling complex motion practice, including drafting and arguing dispositive and procedural motions.
• Managing all aspects of discovery, including depositions, written discovery, and expert coordination.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Mentoring and supervising junior attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure quality work product and professional growth.
• Collaborating with firm leadership on case strategy, practice development, and business growth initiatives.
