We are currently seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an opportunity in Lake County, IL for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year, with potential to extend.

This flexible position offers both full-time and part-time options in a supportive school environment. You'll work with students from preschool through 8th grade, providing essential speech and language services to help them succeed in and out of the classroom.

Position Details :

• Position : School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location : Lake County, IL
• Start Date : ASAP
• End Date : June 2026
• Schedule : Full-time or part-time options available
• Grade Level : Preschool – 8th grade
• Hours : Flexible; shifts may fall between 7 : 50 AM and 4 : 00 PM
• On-Site : Must be able to work on-site

Responsibilities :

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in assigned grades.

Deliver individualized and small-group instruction based on IEP goals.

Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed.

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student communication needs.

Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and reporting in compliance with district and state regulations.

Qualifications :

Active Illinois SLP license and PEL certification required.

Previous school-based experience preferred.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
