job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist with employee relations, helping to resolve conflicts, address concerns, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment. Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Assist with compliance by staying up-to-date with healthcare regulations and ensuring all personnel files are complete and up-to-date. Help design and implement employee training programs to foster continuous development and career growth. Support performance management initiatives and assist with employee evaluations. Proven experience as an HR Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse teams. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, medical credentialing, and healthcare regulations is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in recruiting top-tier psychiatric professionals and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and hiring.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the practice.
