Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the long-term product roadmap and strategy for digital banking services

Drive product discovery, enhancements, and user adoption of digital banking solutions

Oversee and mentor a team of product owners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

10+ years of relevant business experience in product management or similar roles

Understanding of Agile Product Management and iterative development processes

Expertise in stakeholder management, market research, and technology management

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing product strategy
