Be a self-starter; ability to work independently as well as with other team members and management.

Attend required company meetings and training and participate in constructive discussion.

Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.

Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of Threemile Canyon Farms.

Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.

Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.

Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

Drive semi truck and tractor.

Load, haul and unload cargo such Feed Commodities, Grains, Gravel, and Farm Equipment.

Able to pull the following types of trailers safely and proficiently. A-trail Flatbed trailers, Belly dump trailer, Grain Trailer, and Lowboy trailer.

Maintain truck in good working condition; check oil, grease, fluid levels, fuel, motor, transmission, tires, lights, etc.

Perform general cleaning and maintenance of equipment daily.

Adhere to all established safety standards and perform duties in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

Complete daily maintenance sheet and record hours and mileage on equipment.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor including other equipment operation and maintenance.

Maintain truck in clean condition.

Track all loads including date, origin, destination, and materials transported. This is to be done on a daily basis and turned in weekly.

Previous experience driving and maintaining a semi-truck and tractor in harsh conditions.

Valid Oregon State Driver's license with Class "A" CDL with endorsement for pulling doubles or triples OR an Oregon farm endorsement.

Able to keep good driving record.
