We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in the automotive industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of software and engineering projects, and facilitating Agile / Scrum practices within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution in alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams; facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, software development, testing, and business teams.
• Define project scope, schedule, and deliverables while managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track progress using JIRA, Rally, or similar Agile tools.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Communicate project status and key metrics to stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate with automotive OEM and Tier-1 suppliers to align deliverables with compliance standards.
• Ensure adherence to ASPICE, ISO 26262 , and automotive quality standards.
