We’re on the hunt for a driven and organized Cultivation Supervisor to lead and support our grow team in Worcester, MA .

As a Cultivation Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily grow operations, support your crew, and work closely with upper management to ensure quality, compliance, and team development.

What You’ll Do :

• Supervise and support cultivation team members across grow rooms Delegate tasks, manage schedules, and track productivity Train and coach team members for performance and compliance Open and close facility, maintaining site readiness and security Maintain records, production logs, and daily shift reports Collaborate with other leads and supervisors for smooth operations Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness Assist with supply ordering, labor forecasting, and R&D projects Participate in hiring, reviews, and team development What You Bring : 1+ year of cannabis cultivation or production facility experience Prior leadership / supervisory experience strongly preferred High School Diploma or GED (required) Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
