Job Summary :
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Mechanic to join our team at [Company Name]. Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Use hand and power tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Keep accurate records of services and repairs completed.
- Communicate effectively with senior mechanics and customers about the condition of vehicles.
- Continuously learn and develop new skills under the guidance of senior team members
Qualifications : Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.Experience :
Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.Previous experience in automotive repair is a plus, but not required.Skills :
Ability to spot discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in invoices and payments.Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met, even in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.Ability to identify issues and find solutions quickly, especially when discrepancies arise.Maintain accurate and well-organized records for easy retrieval and reporting.Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems.Strong skills in Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and manage data.Comfortable working with numbers and understanding basic financial transactions.Demonstrate a high level of integrity when dealing with financial data and vendor information.Ability to work well with colleagues across departments and provide assistance as needed.Working Conditions :
Full-time position, Monday through Friday 12pm-10pm with occasional Saturday's.Travel, evenings, and weekend hours may be required.Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools.Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time.Compensation & Benefits :
