Automation Engineer

Requirements :
- Associate’s Degree in Engineering or a minimum of two years of related experience and / or training
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to write reports, interpret blueprints, and effectively communicate with associates, management, suppliers, and customers
- Experience developing or improving manufacturing processes, including documentation and validation
- Familiarity with TS16949 initiatives preferred
Responsibilities :
Establish and maintain process parameters for operationsDevelop or revise work instructions, check sheets, and other process documentationConduct and coordinate system tests to evaluate and improve production efficiencyCollaborate with equipment designers and manufacturing teams to develop cost-effective production processes for new productsOversee process design projects to ensure timely completionMaintain compliance with all safety and personal protective equipment requirements while sustaining a clean work environmentInterface with suppliers, customers, and other necessary personnelSupport continuous improvement and TS16949 quality initiativesPerform other related duties as assignedIf interested in this opportunity, we are currently scheduling interviews — apply now and we can get you scheduled!
