The Construction Manager - Remodel will manage multiple remodel construction projects of existing franchisee or corporate-owned assets across multiple brands. Projects will be managed with a mix of program management and forecasting, as well as direct hands-on management of various associated vendors, such as architects, engineers, and contractors. Project management may include cross-functional interaction with key Inspire stakeholders, such as design, procurement, operations, real estate, legal and other departments, or teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple remodel construction projects for existing franchisee or company-owned assets across multiple brands.
• Apply program management and forecasting techniques to projects, with direct hands-on oversight of vendors (architects, engineers, contractors).
• Coordinate cross-functionally with design, procurement, operations, real estate, legal and other Inspire teams as needed.
