We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves preparing vacant apartments for new occupants by completing necessary renovations and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform renovations and repairs in vacant apartments.
• Utilize carpentry, drywall, electrical, construction, and plumbing skills to maintain and improve apartment conditions.
• Operate hand and power tools effectively to execute tasks.
• Conduct painting and other facilities maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed in a timely manner.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tustin, California.

Note : we are looking for someone who is bilingual in Spanish / English.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr.
